WHOLESALE
We offer our customers a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing the legitimacy of our jewelry, all made in 18k gold and natural gems.
The warranty is valid for 1 (one) year and covers any manufacturing defects related to technical aspects.
Accidents or damage caused by impacts or chemical agents such as: perfumes, moisturizing creams, hygiene products or cleaning in general are excluded from the warranty.
Parts out of warranty period will be repaired according to budget approved by the customer.

Posting period of up to 2 business days after approval of the means of payment.
CUSTOM PARTS
Posting deadline of up to 30 working days after approval of the means of payment.
After the date of posting, the delivery time is the responsibility of the CORREIO. Available in the simulator.
For the city of São Paulo – Capital, we have the option of delivery VIA CARRIER. It is the fastest option. See if it's available to you!

ADDITIONAL DEADLINES FOR RING ADJUSTMENTS
For size adjustments in rings, a period of up to 5 working days is added to the period already stipulated by the chosen delivery method (post office or carrier).

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact us quickly via email:contact@willjewelry.com, requesting the cancellation of your purchase.
We accept return/cancellation requests within 7 business days of receiving the part.
Customized pieces are not subject to cancellation.
Cancellation will only be accepted after receipt and analysis of the product, which must be in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use and alterations. Otherwise, the product will be sent back to the customer's address without prior notice.
Shipping costs for cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY
After the cancellation is approved, the amounts will be refunded using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
In the case of a credit card, it may take up to 2 months to be charged on the invoice, depending on the card company;
In the case of a bank slip or PIX transfer, it may take up to 7 days to be credited to the customer's account.
